Dr. Brenda M. Greene
Scholar, educational leader, literary activist, author, and radio host. Dr. Greene is most recognized as a scholar, long-time faculty member, and educational leader at Medgar Evers College of the City University of New York (since 1980). Dr. Greene is also the highly respected Founder and Executive Director of the Center for Black Literature, the Director of the National Black Writers Conference, and the former Chair of the English Department at Medgar Evers College.
