writers, educators and community leaders.
Past guest include: Common, Marian Wright Edelman, Dr. Julianne Malveaux,
Gloria Browne-Marshall, Mos Def, Susan Taylor and numerous others.

As part of our Tune-In to Books initiative individuals and organizations
around the country will be listening to the interview in their classrooms,
communities centers, libraries and media centers. 
Prior to the radio broadcast, students will have researched the guest,
discussed their publications in classrooms and a limited number of
students questions will be sent to Literary Nation.
Periodically students get the opportunity to co-host Literary Nation
after researching the author and preparing interview questions.
